Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
